Workshop hours: 1-5pm

***PLEASE NOTE: Preregistration is $67.00 and available through Paypal only. If this poses a difficulty, please let us know*****

**Please arrive a few minutes early to check in. The workshop starts around 1:10pm


**Wear loose and comfortable clothing that allows maximum amount of movement. While the workshop is open to all, you should note that it will be a somewhat demanding event.

**There will be a short break during the workshop...you may bring a light snack and beverage with you. PLEASE help keep the studio clean by depositing or taking your litter with you. Thank you.



WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Learn the basics of Ariellah's style of tribal and dark fusion belly dance while strengthening the body through layering, drills, isolations, fine tuning techniques.
Strengthening, isolating core muscles, identifying layering aspects and combinations and choreograpy lead the student into a challenging learning environment that is action packed, interesting, and good for the body.
