of the Harem ~ Beltaine Ball
Woooohoooo! Never had we seen such a lovely night like this! Sprites,
spirits and silliness abound on this festival of Spring, held April
30th! Extra big thanks to all the cool, creative souls who donned
their best costumes to frolic in the mayhem that included Neo Renaissance
from Scott Helland, the crazymad beats of Jeff Webb, Casey Bond
and Tracey Hamilton, also known as EastWind Tribal Drumming (with
a sneaky surprise visit from Carmine!), DJ Mistress McCutchan with
the eerie, ethnic, and effective beats to get the floor moving,
Jeniviva and her GothicDaughters
of Dionysis, showcase appearance by Philadelphia's Gothique Troupe
Ak~Ana, and Rising Phoenix with a Beltane ritual. And, of course,
ChoveXani's own brand of dancing. Thanks to the bright and beautiful
souls who made this night so memorable..
