If you want to add to the bold and innovative style of ChoveXani, please read the FOLLOWING. We look forward to hearing from you!

TROUPE MEMBERS requirements:

*At least 3 years of Bellydance or other form of ethnic dance training
(Jazz, Tap, modern and other "american" forms of dance, a plus)

* to learn and ESPECIALLY, retain choreography, and be willing to learn non-traditional choreography
*Ability to meet once-twice a week. We will be rehearsing mid-town at least once a week.
* Dedication to dance: I am looking for serious dancers; if you feel that you cannot keep to a higher standard of dance practice and are doing this on a whim, if you have other interests that might conflict, if this is something you are thinking of doing "on the side", then this troupe is porbably not for you.

*Ability to pay for your own costumes. While we try to keep the budget reasonable, you will be required to buy a costume items as needed.
*The ability to work well with others, and to take constructive criticism.

Please present one polished work that you feel best represents you, no more than 6 mins long. Feel free to use any props or costuming you like. There will be a short interview, as well. We welcome Fusion, Goth, Cabaret, Ethnic, and any other dancer or performer!

**PLEASE NOTE: We accept dancers already established in other groups, you are not required to dance exclusively with us, as long as you can schedule rehearsals with us!
